Craig is a professional roaster with over 20 years of experience, leading a skilled team of coffee roasters dedicated to producing specialty-grade, ethically sourced coffees, freshly roasted in small batches for exceptional quality and flavor. The name, Cannonball Coffee, is inspired by our two boys and their favorite way to splash into Mason Lake—a perfect reflection of the fun, family spirit we pour into every bag.
