Cannonball Coffee
Baked on the Lake is a family-owned home bakery and coffee roaster on Mason Lake.
We’re Brie and Craig—married, raising our two boys here in the community we serve. Brie founded the bakery with a love for thoughtful, small-batch baking, and Craig brings over 20 years of professional experience as the roaster behind Cannonball Coffee.
All bakery items are made in our separate, dedicated home bakery kitchen and are prepared fresh for pickup at our Mason Lake residence. We offer a variety of cookies, hand-decorated royal icing cookies, and mini cakes, alongside small-batch roasted coffee blends and single-origin coffees.
Bakery orders are requested through our order form, where we confirm details and pickup before invoicing. Coffee may be ordered separately and is available for shipping, pickup, or bi-weekly delivery to Mason Lake and Benson Lake.
